The Hawk Creative Business Park provides eco-friendly buildings, designed to cut down on running costs, reduce carbon footprint and boost our clients own green credentials.

Phase One of the development consists of 15 units ranging in size from 400 sq ft to 13000 sq ft, but with the flexibility to adapt for the larger customer.

We provide flexible rental packages available to suit the needs of our clients. Either fully inclusive or standard commerical leases of rental, service charge, business rates.

On site catering is available on normal working days. When the weather allows you can make use of the outdoor communal eating areas, in the central courtyard under the canopies and trees, adjacent to the water feature, as well as outside surrounding one of the ponds.
